The Yo-Yo Project is a Farleigh Hospice service which supports children and young people who are facing a loss or have been bereaved. They welcome referrals for children and young people from the age of 4 to 18. Referrals are accepted from 6 weeks after the death occurs. The Farleigh Family Support Service.
